 I came alongside one CEO from his first month leading a newly combined cooperative. Three years later, the board and leadership team are aligned. The team trusts each other, and the work is easier for it. The culture flipped from top-down command-and-control to people empowered to make decisions at their locations. Our Story

 Before I coached leaders through change, I lived it. As VP of Agronomy Sales, I helped lead the merger of two equal-sized cooperatives — a real-world master's degree in bringing people together when everything is uncertain. For the past 10 years I've coached executives and leadership teams to do the same, faster. I work in agriculture because it's my world: co-op boards, leadership teams, the weight of a GM or CEO seat, and what it takes to move an organization without breaking it.
