The foundation for any great team is trust. Everyone wants results, but not everyone is willing to do the work required to build greater trust. Teams tt do not trust each other will rarely produce exceptional results. They may get the job done, but they may also kill themselves doing it. 

Common symptoms of teams who have room for improvement:

Google spent 2 years researching 180 of the highest performing teams in the world (think U.S. Navy Seal Team 6). They named this research "Project Aristotle". What Google found is that in order for the best teams to operate at the highest level, it requires psychological safety. Not just physical safety, but emotional safety in terms of myself, my family, and my future career.

Multigenerational farm families are complex. Farm family operations can be the best operations, and unfortunately they can also be some of the worst. I personally have experienced both, which is why I am so passionate about helping these farm families succeed long-term.
